Friday Men's Workout

We are doing a 2-mile Time trial, we will be recording the 2-mile segment and inputting them into an excel sheet to look back on when we retest in 6-8 weeks, to see our progress. We will meet at the corner of South Park drive & centennial Ave. next to the bike path. Will head out for a 1 mile super easy warm up into Lower Park with some light drills. We will have the start/finish line marked out and the halfway (turn around point) marked out. It will be an out and back style on Peterson memorial drive. After we complete that we will do a very easy cooldown 1-2 miles.

Bring some fast shoes, a headlamp and be ready to fly:D
