Tuesday Ladies Workout

🌳 Come join us this Tuesday morning for some speed work! If you’re new here every workout we do can be adjusted to your current fitness level. It’s up to you whether you want to complete the whole workout or maybe just jump in for a portion. The one guarantee is that you will be surrounded by the best community of women! 💯

- 15 minute Warm Up
- 3-5 mile repeats / 1.5 minute walking/standing recovery between reps
- Cool Down
